  The business side of LE MESURIER’S is headed by Alison Karran-Smith. Before following her calling to condiments, Alison trained as a lawyer, working for many years at leading City law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She has also worked in sales at Conde Nast (on Tatler, Vogue, House & Garden, GQ and World of Interiors) and on Wine & Spirit Magazine (then Haymarket Publications). Patrick and Alison decided to create LE MESURIER’S after spotting a gap in the market for premium condiments. |
