Another highlight of our exhibition calendar has to be the Speciality and Fine Food Fair at Olympia, London.

If IFE is the leading event, SFF is the leading specialist event and gives companies like ourselves a chance to really chat to the people that matter, our retailers and customers (well, those that manage to slip into this "Trade Only" show - you know who you are!)

Just goes to show what you can fit in a 3 x 1 m stand with some imagination and more than a little discipline.

Summer 2011

Patrick, not being one to sit around (although he has been known to disappear for days at a time on his skis),  continually checks his recipes, reworking current formulations to see what could be done better or differently.

Here he is playing with the Red Pepper & Chilli Sauce, apparently pronouncing  the current product more than satisfactory.

Not a huge stand but the team made a large impact at IFE, EXCEL in London this year. 

Widely regarded as the leading event of its kind in the industry calendar, the show gave us the opportunity to compete on a (nearly) level field with many of our esteemed competitors.  

More importantly it enabled us to tie up some great new partnerships both in the UK and further afield.  Keep your eyes peeled for our products on your travels!

We're rarely allowed into the kitchen at Le Mesurier HQ. So we made the most of a recent opportunity to take a few photos of our award-winning BBQ Sauce in the making. One of the best-selling products in Le Range, Delicious Magazine described it as "Genius" in this month's magazine edition. Praise indeed!

We joined other companies working with UK Trade & Investment, who are supporting our export adventures, at this year's Gulfood in Dubai. The largest trade show for food and hospitality in the Middle East, it was a great opportunity to showcase Le Range to potential new customers.

Patrick Le Mesurier, who is responsible for design and manufacturing of Le Range, mans our stand at the Speciality Food Fair 2009, at London Olympia. We'll be back there next year.
